Can I lease a slip or dock through your site.
No. At this time, we only accept slips and docks listed for sale.
Where must my slip or dock be located?
At this time, we only allow slip and dock listings for Table Rock Lake, Bull Shoals, and Lake Taneycomo.
Will anyone see my listing?
Certainly. As an established Real Estate Agency with a significant web presence, your listing will be exposed through search engines, pay per click campaigns,
email campaigns, and general marketing to our large client base.
How much does a listing cost?
Listing your slip or dock is free. If the slip sells, a brokerage fee is charged. The fee amount varies depending on the specifications of the slip or dock. Contact Us or

Can I upload photos?
Yes. You can upload up to 10 photos with a maximum file size of 100 kb per photo.
Can I show a map of the location?
Yes. You can optionally pinpoint the dock using the google map interface provided on the listing submission form.
Can I change my listing once submitted?
If you need to change your listing, you will need to contact us.
