My wife Karen and I grew up in Kansas, specifically Russell for Karen and Hutchinson for me. In the 1970’s our professional careers took us to Topeka, Kansas. But then in 2005 we came to Branson and fell in love with the area. The last time we had been in Branson was in the late 1980’s. WOW, what a change since then. We almost no longer recognized Branson. We had remembered Branson only for the shows and Silver Dollar City. Branson has so much more to offer now! Karen and I are enjoying the phenomenal boating, fishing, sight seeing, golf and entertainment!

As the President of Sunset Realty Services I have 35 years of real estate and property management experience, whereas Karen has a financial background and has spent 23 years as a business manager at an annuity and mutual fund company before coming to Sunset.

I enjoy my work at Sunset where I support both the Sunset Real Estate Team and the Sunset Nightly Team. I’m really enjoying all the great people that I have been given the opportunity to work with.
