Bluegrass Music and BBQ are staples here in Ozark Country. I'm pretty sure this is where Bluegrass originated, and BBQ is one of America's pastimes, almost everyone loves BBQ! (and trust me here in the Ozarks we know how to BBQ) So because of these wonderful things Silver Dollar City, or SDC as us locals call it, dedicated a whole festival to them.
Bluegrass and BBQ is a must do every year for my husband and I. With all the different performers, great food, not to mention all shopping and rides, we go fairly often in the spring! There is something for everyone here. This year I am most excited about seeing the Willis Clan. They were seen on America's Got Talent, and now are about to have their own show on TLC! If you haven't heard them look them up on spotify, youtube, itunes, I promise you fall in love!
