How much money can I expect to make on my rental?

Many factors contribute to your Return on Investment. These include:
  • The number of nights rented per year
  • The type of unit you own (condo, cabin or home)
  • The location of the property
  • The size of the unit
  • The overall appearance / condition of the property

What fees are associated with vacation rental management?

We charge a commission on all rental bookings. There are also customary fees associated with vacation rentals that you can see broken out in our rental management agreement. Contact us for additional literature on our rental fees. Along with booking fees noted above, there are a few one time fees incurred when joining the rental program including:
  • $250 owner reserve required to supplement vendor payables
  • $300 one time set up fee that includes set up of photos and virtual tours, set up of supplies, and lock box installation.

When do I receive income payments?

Direct Deposit or we mail checks to our owners by the 20th of each month following the month the rental income was earned. We also post the owner statement on the owner's web interface for convenient viewing.

How often can I use my own property?

We encourage our owners to use their properties. We do ask that you let us know before you come, so we can reserve the unit for you. You would not want to show up to find a guest had rented your unit that day. For your convenience, you can book your stay through the owner's web interface or call us to book the unit for you.
